She holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and organizational development, and takes great pleasure in helping others develop and grow to be the best version of themselves. She has an unwavering drive to succeed, the ability to understand the talent needs of the company, and an ability to find that talent in people, both in and outside the company, all while positively impacting the employees and the company’s mission.
